AR Design LLC provided complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering documentation for a sports and recreation facility including a café, bar area, commercial kitchen support spaces, restrooms, and covered terrace.
The project involved full system coordination across indoor and outdoor zones, including power distribution, lighting design, HVAC routing, sanitary systems, storm drainage integration, and roof equipment coordination. The drawing package was developed for permit submission in accordance with applicable Florida Building Code (FBC) and NEC requirements.
