AR Design LLC provided full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) documentation services for a mid-scale automotive retail showroom and associated service facility located in Florida.
The scope included coordinated lighting layout, power distribution design, panel scheduling and demand load calculations, rooftop equipment integration, and EV charging infrastructure planning.
All documentation was developed using a BIM-based workflow with focus on permit submission readiness, construction clarity, and contractor-oriented execution.
